Change button link based on two inputs (what if/else)

Dear coding wizards, I don’t know anything about code at all. I hope someone is able to help me with what I think is some simple what if/else coding.

I want to change a button or the link of a button based on two sorts of inputs: a radio button + a drop-down list. (3 radio buttons and 8 drop-down options, so 24 links in total)

It is for people to enroll into a training and based on the different options they choose they will be redirected to a different subscription form outside of wix.
