Change Header Design Crash

Is anyone else experiencing this? As of yesterday, when I press the ‘Change Header Design’ or ‘Design’ tools to change the color of the header - in Chrome it opens a link but nothing shows on the screen and then freezes, in IE/edge nothing happens. I’ve cleared my cache and tried everything to see if it is on my end. Is this some bug or issue related to a rolling update?

Since this issue is not related to WixCode I’d recommend to contact the Wix Support Center as they know best regarding this type of issues.
