How can I redirect a user to a Lighthouse instead of “Cart page” when he clicks on a product image?

What are you trying to achieve:
I want my user to see a Lighthouse popping up when he clicks a product on the category page instead of being redirected to the “Category page”. I want this because I want my user to send a quote request instead of adding that product to their cart.
