City, State, Zip in Forms??

I’m adding a Wix form to a site and I’m perplexed. There is an address field I can add, but I don’t see any options for City, State, Zip.

Am I just not seeing something? Or, is there a workaround?

There aren’t pre-popluated City / State / Zip fields, but is a way to create a State drop-down selector: https://www.wix.com/corvid/forum/community-discussion/easily-add-all-50-states-usa-to-a-drop-down

City can be a standard text field, and Zip can be a number field.

Also, there are a number of premium apps that might have more fields to choose from.

Also, one other thing. Under Add>User Input, there is the option to add an Address Input. This allows someone to enter their address, and you can connect to Google Maps for verification. You should be able to connect this to a form / dataset, to capture address info.

The city / state is really needed in the form.
