Clarification About AI Credits Between Symphony and Wixel

I have a question about how AI credits work and how they are shared between Symphony and Wixel, as I’m not completely clear on how the credit system works across both platforms.

My main interest is to use Symphony to automate tasks within my agency as a Wix Partner, such as contacting leads, following up with prospects, managing opportunities, and handling other sales and business-related tasks.

However, when I try to upgrade my Symphony plan, the upgrade button redirects me to Wixel. I understand that Wixel is a new Wix tool and that the two platforms are connected, but I’m not sure how the AI credits work between Symphony and Wixel.

For example, Symphony currently shows that I have 900 monthly credits, of which 899 have already been used. However, when I click the upgrade option, I’m redirected to Wixel, where I see the following plans:

  • Basic: 250 AI credits per month
  • Pro: 850 AI credits per month
  • Max: 2,000 AI credits per month

My main question is: If I subscribe to one of these Wixel plans, will the included credits also be available for use in Symphony? Or are Wixel and Symphony credits completely separate?

My main goal is to increase my usage capacity in Symphony, rather than necessarily using Wixel as a separate tool. Before upgrading, I would therefore like to understand:

  1. Are Wixel and Symphony credits part of the same credit system?
  2. If I subscribe to the Basic plan, can I use the 250 monthly AI credits in Symphony as well?
  3. Is there a specific plan or option to increase the number of credits available for Symphony?
  4. Are credits shared between both platforms, or does each platform have its own separate credit balance and usage?
  5. Which plan would you recommend if my primary goal is to use Symphony more intensively for my agency, especially for lead management and follow-ups?

I’ve attached a screenshot showing what I currently see in Symphony and the Wixel upgrade options.

Thank you for clarifying this. Before upgrading, I want to make sure I choose the right plan for my main objective, which is to make more intensive use of Symphony.

Hey @marcacero! As far as I understand - Symphony has its own plans, and is separate from Wixel.

It appears it may be a bug - worth trying again. Let me know if it still happens

Would also love to hear how you’re getting on with Symphony :eyes:
