I changed to Wix Studio. Is there a way to connect Claude to Wix Studio and to make adjustments in the layout and design of the website (similar to Webflow)?

It’s not currently possible. The current connection with Claude will allow you to work with the sites data, such as “Add a new product”, but doesn’t have access to the editor to manage it’s design etc.

Yes, Wix does have AI/MCP-related options that can connect with tools like Claude, but it is not the same as having Claude directly control the Wix Studio visual editor the way a designer would move sections, adjust spacing, or rebuild layouts inside the canvas.
From what I understand, Claude can be useful for things like:
• Understanding Wix documentation
• Helping with Velo/code-related tasks
• Writing custom code snippets
• Working through API-based tasks
• Planning layout improvements
• Suggesting design structure and copy changes
• Helping troubleshoot setup or logic issues
But for actual Wix Studio layout/design changes, you would still usually need to make those adjustments inside Wix Studio manually, especially for responsive spacing, breakpoints, sections, grids, containers, and visual styling.
So the practical workflow would be:

Use Claude to plan or generate layout/design recommendations

Use Wix Studio to apply the visual changes

Use Claude again for custom code, structure ideas, copy, SEO, or troubleshooting

Test the design across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
If your goal is something similar to Webflow, Wix Studio can handle advanced layout control, but I would not rely on Claude alone to directly edit the visual design without manual review.
From my experience, one thing that can help inform the layout is going back one layer and designing the narrative first. Most designers I have worked with finalize the layout before the content is developed, then fill in the content afterward. In writing, there can be significant shifts in how much needs to be said and where, which can affect the overall UX in pretty significant ways, especially when the content needs to be tweaked due to incomplete planning at the outset. In full transparency, I am going through this right now on a rebuild.
