Client having troubles viewing site at home but can elsewhere

I got a request for a domain set up, however upon checking everything it connected. The site is viewable except on her laptop on the home wifi. She can load anything else just not her site. The site is viewable on her phone data, I can see it at home on both my laptop and my phone.

Any ideas?

She keeps getting a google crash message. She is using google domain.

Sounds like it might be related to a firewall since she only encounters issues when trying to view it through her home network. She might need to whitelist the domain with her ISP.

Hello! What does Whitelist mean? Do you know why this would happen? I have never run into this

@avanidigitaldesigns If your client isn’t tech-savvy enough to adjust a firewall, then it might not be a firewall issue at all. It could also be a browser issue so make sure to ask your client and send that data to support as well.
