I added an admin user to my Editor-X account today. He got the invitation, went to the link, set up his username and password, and can get in fine. When I try and log in with his credentials from my location to help set up his roles, after logging out of my own account, his credentials won’t work for me. How is he able to get in from where he is, but can’t from where I am?
