I have one main URL for my client site. They have other URLs that they want pointed to a specific page of the site. Is this possible?

No, creating another Wix website for this page would be the solution.
If I am understanding what you are asking correctly, there is a way.
Work around…If the domain was purchased somewhere other than Wix and you have control of the DNS and such.
Example: www.mainurl.com would go to the home page where it is connected via Wix via pointing or nameservers.
You want www.creativeurl.com to point to www.mainurl.com/creative.
If you purchased www.creativeurl.com on GoDaddy you can manage your DNS and forward www.creativeurl.com to www.mainurl.com/creative .
Note: When someone goes to www.creativeurl.com it will automatically forward them to www.mainurl.com/creative . The url bar will not show www.creativeurl.com, it will show www.mainurl.com/creative.
