I apologise if this is the wrong place but I can find anywhere to report service issues.
I’m working to a tight schedule to develop a website for a club. Unfortunately for the past week or so I’ve lost my work a number of times losing 3 or 4 days work.
Autosave doesn’t work, it just tells me it’s unable to save. Having lost my work a few times I learnt my lesson and started doing manual saves. Sometimes that fails with a -10903 error but even if I don’t get an error message it still doesn’t save!
I’ve taken to coding using notepad++ so at least I don’t lose my code but I’m still losing the changes to the page layout.
Is it something at my end? Please can someone help!!!
Please report bugs to Wix Customer Care to ensure timely handling of your problem. They track and monitor all incoming issues and will escalate bugs to product teams.
