Error when saving

I have been experiencing error when trying to save my website.
Every time I tried to save in the past 48 hours, it says that it’s experiencing a temporary technical problem.

Is there something I can do about it?

Hi Igor,

This happens from time to time. Here is what I do:

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Advanced > Site History and choose the NEXT TO LAST publishing.

Typically this works. I have experienced a glitch in the code before, where I had to go back a few more publishing states.

Last ditch effort would be to duplicate your site, but that’s only AFTER you have talked to Customer Support. Duplicating the site seems to “unclog” any bugs. I would do this if you have blog post, as the settings for the post will need to be re-addressed. Very tedious.

But I am having problems also to publish the website, with a similar message…
doesnt seem to be working well.
even thought I’m trying to publish it’s been around 3 days

On top of that, there are other flaws like the GRID that suddenly became weird and is no longer alined to the containers and lines that previously was.
I have duplicated already the website, but the new one does not come with all the things i have added already, duplicated only the page im working on but it doesnt seem to work. I did what you suggested but it is just not working and not being able to save or publish.
I don’t know what i should do about it.

Have you reach out to customer support yet? Try that first.

Other questions:

Did you migrate the site from classic to EditorX or was it built from scratch in EditorX?

Do you remember what you were doing when the site failed?

Do you have a URL of the last published site, please?

I’ve the same issue: I cane back to a previous version of my Wix website and I’m unable to publish getting the message on the picture attached, what can I do?
