Hi! I’m creating a website for a healthcare clinic which employs multiple practitioners, and I have used the CMS and dynamic pages to create a page for each of the practitioners (15+ people). I want to have a contact form on each of the dynamic pages for people to be able to contact that practitioner directly – i.e. on Ben’s page the contact form will go to his inbox, on Laura’s page it will go to her’s etc. – how can I set up the form to be able to do this? As far as I can tell, I can add email addresses when setting up the form on the ‘master’ dynamic page, but I have no idea how to change the email address for each iteration of the page. I hope that makes sense… Thanks!
