Contact form on mobile - how to design?

Hi all.

Further to my other post.

I am trying to redesign my contact form so it looks correct on Mobile devices.

When I manipulate the form so it looks acceptable on Mobile it is all changing (and ruining) the Desktop view.

This is different to Wix Editor.

In pic 1 you can see all is OK (Design opinions aside :-))

In pic 2 the text is OK but I meddle with the contact form all hell breaks loose on the Desktop view

Any advice Amigos?

Can you explain how you fixed this? I am running into the same issue currently with no luck.
