We recently switched our forms on site from Wix forms to HubSpot forms so it’s direct to our CRM. We have search ads running where conversion is seen (TY page from form submit) in the ads dashboard but the contacts aren’t found in our CRM.
I read another post that says “Wix CMS usually strips out all the Javascript used to send information to HubSpot.” and I’m wondering if this is the issue? The form works and the integration between hubSpot and Google Ads are also working.
Anyone who has any idea if this is the case and if there’s a solution to this?
