How can I create a list of contents for an article, contained in the Content Manager, with links to particular paragraphs in that article? 
I’ve tried with bookmarks and links, created in a Word document .rft file, with the rich text then pasted into the Content Manager, but these links just open new, blank pages. Thanks, all!
