Is there a way to convert a draft or expired quote to an invoice? I’ve had several clients not approve the quote via Wix and approve it directly with me or via another way (i.e. send them a PDF, etc.) and can’t seem to convert those quotes to invoices, the option to convert is greyed out.
My intuition tells me it can’t be done, but Wix surely wouldn’t apply constraints on partners issuing quotes and invoices according to our own rules right?
You can manually mark it as approved and convert it to an invoice. I reached out to the PM for ya. See attached examples.

Just ran into this problem again and reminded me that quotes still cannot be marked as approved if not sent (emailed) through Wix. If it’s not sent the “mark as accepted is greyed out”. It’s a major hassle as these quotes remain as drafts and the related invoice has to be created from scratch. Needs a fix or a workaround.
