How to convert a QUOTE to an ORDER

My client creates manual orders with unique pricing for some wholesale customers.
What we need is for the #Quote to be converted to an #Order as soon as the client accepts the quote.
Currently, we can only convert the Quote to an Invoice which does not appear in ORDERS, so it does not appear in orders to be able to #Fullfill the order.
We also have #Zero by #OneSaas integrated which can not pull Invoice information unless it has been created from an ORDER, it will not pull data from Quotes or invoices.

"Essentially, data is being sent to us by WIX and not us getting in from the API or from WIX.
The creation of new sales triggers what we call “WEBHOOKS” which sends the data to us.
This means that we’re only receiving sales and booking data and not invoices."

Can anyone help to CONVERT a QUOTE to an ORDER?

Hey there,

This feature has since been released I’m not sure if you are aware, but I wanted to reach out just in case!

By default, price quotes do not automatically convert to invoices when they are accepted. You can enable or disable this option at any time.

To manually convert a price quote into an invoice:

  1. Go to Price Quotes in your site’s dashboard.

  2. Click the Show More icon next to the price quote you want to convert.

  3. Click Convert to Invoice .
