I have added and formatted a repeater on one of my site’s pages. (moved the title, updated text themes, added an element, deleted another element.) I would like to create a repeater on another page that uses the same formatting. Is there a way to carry that customized design to the new repeater? Kind of like how a customized button design is saved to “my buttons” in the Add button menu, so that each button doesn’t have to be manually adjusted. I would like to use the same design again without going through all those steps, especially since then the positioning won’t match exactly.
Just select Copy and go to the other page and select Paste. Works between pages, not between sites.
I’d be awesome if any changes made to one repeater layout could carry over into other repeaters with the same style applied. Like the same concept as a paragraph style or CSS class. I can make copy / paste work for my purposes though.
I tried duplicating an entire repeater - copy/paste to another page, but the elements don’t all duplicate. Just the title. I wonder why?
Not in my experience - I’ve tried copy and paste and duplicating page - loads of information is missing
Yeah me too - I wonder why no-one from Wix has addressed this?
Why are they discontinuing the old lists, as they were so much more simple and versatile for users who cannot or are unable to use code with Corvid. With the old lists you can Copy and paste lists from one page to another, hide or show items on the list, hide and view elements and so much more. I find these Corvid repeaters too fiddly and time consuming to get working. To make matters worse, I have tonnes of content created and linked to the old lists and it could take me years now to transition to these Corvid repeaters,
