Correct Usage of the Address Input Element

I am implementing the Wix Address Input Element to allow users to autofill their address within a form.

I have connected the element to Google Maps Places API via an API key. However, no dropdown appears suggesting addresses.

I have spent some time researching ‘home made’ solutions using JavaScript. Yet surely there is a far simpler solution.

I’d be very grateful if someone could tell me where I’m going wrong.

If you have followed all the instructions from this article step-by-step but still can’t make it work, please contact Wix Customer Care and provide as many details regarding the issue as possible (steps to recreate, screenshots, etc.).

Once they have more information, they’ll be able to take a look at your site and further investigate the issue.

I’m having a similar problem, I suspect the address input element is not working correctly. My Google API key works fine but the element shows nothing. A few days ago it used to show a dropdown, but when clicked did nothing.

I have raised the issue with WIX customer support but they respond once per day and so far have not been the most helpful. Good luck to you. If you find a solution PLEASE remember to post it here.

Thanks for your help. I have followed that article closely but unfortunately still no luck.
I have put in place the following restrictions for my API key, yet still seem to receive no requests from the Address Autocomplete element.

I will contact Wix customer care to see if they can give me some further advice on trouble shooting this issue.

In the meantime, if you have any further suggestions they would be much appreciated.

I’m trying to use the autocomplete, but have it limited to three cities. Any suggestions?
