Create a clickable Video Box linked to another page

I would like to have a video box that plays on “Hover” and links to another page when clicking on it.

I am finding two issues, when I add a title over the video it stops playing in hovering mode (if I hover on the title), and I can’t find a way to link a page from the video.

Anyone can help? I am using Wix Studio

I think you would need to use code to get this to work correctly
