Create code for width hamburger

Hi I need assistance creating the code for the hamburger icon to display when the browser is reduced to a certain width. I have the logo centered in the middle of the nav which I want. But in order to prevent the logo from covering the middle menu items when the window is resized, I want the hamburger icon to display. It already does it of course when it is viewed from mobile. I am looking for it to do it from desktop.
