So at this time Wix does not give us an option to have a native menu to have a hamburger option on the desktop site. I have been messing around with it and found a funny workaround that may be helpful for some people out there and I did not see anyone suggest it before (but maybe everyone already knows about it and then you can ignore this 
)
So each menu layout option has a field where you can give a name to a tab that when used will show everything that doesn’t fit into the menu
so instead of the generic “MORE”, you can add to it a symbol or even an emoji (it works - I have tried it on a Mac)
(in the image you can see that I found a math symbol that looks like a hamburger that I inserted there)
Once you had changed it, you can physically resize the menu container so that it only shows that one symbol that you have selected, and now on mouseover it will automatically pop up the menu and you can style how it looks in the regular manner.
