I am integrating my bookstore with ISBNdb API, and I have almost completed the setup. However, I am stuck at one point.
I want to create a separate category for each book category I receive from ISBNdb, and then assign the books to the correct category page.
When I manually create a category in the Wix Store and use its ID, I can successfully assign books to it. However, I don’t want to manually create categories.
I want to create categories automatically using the API.
I am using a Wix Store Book Store template.
Is it possible to create product categories (collections) automatically with the API in Wix Store? Or does Wix Store not allow this?
If it is possible, can you please guide me on how to do it?
