Just a general question, why does wix constantly provide unfinished apis?
Can someone please explain to me why it is not allowed to add a category image via “Wix Stores V2 API - Update Collection”? I mean it is only accessible via admin pages and backend code anyway, what is the problem with adding category images via the api?
I would like to understand the logic why this is withheld although it is actually part of it.
Considering that the categories only consist of 4 properties anyway… Title, description, image, and possibly alt-text for the image. Why was it so difficult to allow this?
