Hi everyone, whenever you want your section to be sticky, and add a text scroll animation on it, setting the effect it is so confusing. Yes, you can manage somewhat of a clean text scroll animation, but not the one I want … How do you create the same text scroll effect as if the section hadn’t a sticky position ? I am having a hard time with this one, been three days I have been trying to get around the issue … I am currently on The Wix Studio Editor.
Layers Page Setup
- Page
- Section 1
- Section 2 (fit to screen, sticky)
- Container
- Text - Section 3 (fit to screen) opacity 0%
- Section 4 (fit to screen, sticky)
- Container
- Text
What I would like :
- Scroll section 2 until it sticks to the page
- When the section is fully sticked, make the text appear with a Reveal Scroll animation
- The text should be at the end of its animation when the viewer is a the bottom of section 3
- The scroll text animation should not be long.
I think that the problem is the following : as the page is the parent of the section, when you put the sticky position, it takes into account the top and the bottom of the page, not the section. Which means, I think … that when you want to do the text scroll animation, It starts from the top and ends at the bottom of the page (not the section).
does someone please have a solution for this ?
Thank you in advance,
Antoine.
