Stick element for 3 sections, then let it be scrolled up

We would like to place a graphic with tablet on a bottom of screen, and to have it sticked in same place (at very bottom of screen) while user is scrolling through next three sections, then we would like to “unstick” it and scroll up with that last third section, how can we do that?
