Creating a scholarship application

Question:
I am a complete newcomer to Wix and need to recreate this form: Scholarship Application on this existing Wix site: https://www.dslalphas.com/

I created the original form for the same client that is sponsoring the second site, so there is no hanky-panky going on, all is on the up and up.

I’m looking for recommendations on the best way to recreate the original form. Eventually the form information will need to be printed and put into a paper application package for review.

Since I am a neophyte at wix, I am looking for the best method of recreating the form in WIX format

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying collect and store the applicant information and be able to eventually output a printed form for award committee review
What have you already tried:
I’ve seen several studio and wix tutorials and am not certain of which path to take

Hi there!

For your use case I’d recommend looking into Wix Forms. You can use Wix Forms on any site built with Wix or Wix Studio.

Submissions made on Wix Forms are visible in your dashboard and can be exported as a PDF or CSV file.
