I have developed a website for a charitable trust, an animal rescue. Currently, users fill out forms online and submit them, and then the databases are exported into a CSV file, cut and pasted into an excel spreadsheet which has a form template that picks up the data using lookups recreating the form which can then be printed. So a printed copy of the online form is the required output. This is a lot of work for the rescue workers who do not have admin experience or time to deal with it, yet the forms are essential to match rescued animals with forever homes.
My question is, is there a way to simplify the process so forms can be printed direct from the Wix database without having to export the data and feed it into excel, or another database like Access for that matter.
Many thanks.
Can you not make up the form in Wix to look the same? Or at the very least make it up so that it can be added to a pre-printed letterhead or whatever the workers use to print the info off on.
Then have a simple user input setup where the workers can simply search for a particular person and then the forms elements are auto populated with the details of whoever you are wanting the form to show.
Then they can simply print it off from the screen before resetting the form and moving onto another persons details.

otherwise you can always look at saving it as a pdf so that the workers can print that off instead.
