Creating a Studio Version of a Wix Editor Site is not working

I’m having trouble with creating a Studio Version of my Wix Editor Site.
I got excited, when i saw, that it’s now possible to create a Studio Version of an Editor Site. But when trying to create the Studio Version, i get an error pop up saying, that i have to many branches of my Site and need to delete some in order to create the Studio Version.

After researching a lot, i can’t find any overview of branches or further information on this. In the Sites Version History, it’s showing, that i only have the original branch. I also can’t find useable information on how to create a new branche.

Maybe someone can help me with this Problem?

The article only shows, how to create & organise branches for Studio Websites:

I can’t find this option to create a Studio Branche or organise the branches for my Website in Wix Editor. I also can’t find any resources on that. But since WIX is saying that i need to delete Branches in order to create a Studio Version for my Editor Website, i am stuck there…
