How can you create a “team” within a membership site?

What are you trying to achieve:
I am trying to create “team” functionality within a paid membership site.
- An organization let’s call it “Wayne Industries” purchases a pricing plan
- The main team member is Bruce Wayne, but he wants to add the bat family (Bat Girl, Alfred, Robin)
- How do I allow Bruce Wayne to add his team members under the Wayne Industries team so that Bat Girl, Alfred, and Robin can all access the specific Wayne Industries page without having to purchase a separate subscription?
What have you already tried:
I have thought about setting specific member roles, creating a form within a team page, then coding some logic to where when someone enters and email and invites a person I manually add that person as a member role and give them access to the team page?
Additional information:
The team page that needs access to has just some custom data to view, but we also want each team member to be able to access their own settings. i.e. Robin shouldn’t be able to go in and cancel Wayne Industries’ subscription or change the team name.
