Custom Booking Form - More "Field Types" needed

Question:
Is there a way to add more ‘field types’ (i.e. radio buttion, multi-checkbox) to a Custom Booking Form inside of the Wix Bookings App?

What are you trying to achieve:
GOAL: add multiple fields to the “Custom Booking Form” associated with a Booking Service. Specifically we need a radio button field and multi-checkbox field added.

CHALLENGE: the custom booking form only displays options for 3 field types. (missing: radio button and multi-checkbox)

Yes, please have MORE field types in here so that the form will help us know our participants better before they attend the courses. We need multiple choice, ranking among others.
