So I tested this new option out and maybe it doesn’t work the way I envisioned it would. I added a field on the sign up form called Care Provider. Then I went to the live site and signed up as a new member and entered in “name” for Care Provider.
Then, when I received the new member notification and clicked on the member info, it only listed First Name, Last Name, and Email. It did not show what I entered for Care Provider. So where does that data go, if anywhere?
