Any suggestions? Im not sure i understand why i can do it but they can not.
That’s probably because they don’t have enough permissions to do that, while you, the Admin, have.
I suggest reviewing the collection’s permissions and let them try again.
Hi Ahmad. They are submitting the information from their home computers and/or mobile phones. I’m not sure why their data would not come thru?
The actual location/device doesn’t matter, what matter is the actual user, is he logged in or not? Does he have enough permission to submit data or not? And so on.
I’m not sure i follow, logged in? They are visiting the website i built and filling out the form, in the end they hit SUBMIT and receive the success message that form was sent. On my end the data is not populating in the DATASET.
Do you mind sharing the URL of the form, I want to test it myself.
