There used to be what looked like a stacked coin button at the bottom of this menu bar to connect my website form to a database so that I could see the answers to the form. It has now disappeared and I don’t know how to access these answers.

In the meanwhile, simply log out of Wix and clear your browser’s cache and cookies and log back in to see if that resolves it.
Plus, you can still easily see your datasets by simply looking in your site structure on the left hand side of your editor.
