I have confused myself on Database and Dataset connections.

I have created a database for a chamber of commerce business listing.
Set, saved and sync’d.
Then when you click on the category you want, the business index opens with the list of ONLY those businesses with that title category. Am I using an incorrect widget?
I know a gallery would be best for showcasing the categories. Then a table for the index, yes?
I am so close I can taste it.
The title is correct, but the drop downs will not let me select the “Name” connected to those titles. It loads all the “Titles”…again The images you see will eventually be replaced with the companies logos.
So do I need to build another column with a new tag? I don’t think I can think of another label for these. Maybe I they should both be tables…

I find myself in Advanced territory again. Is there a coder I can talk to?
I know what I want. I need full on lessons to get there. I know the Wix Community is trying but they are going at a brainstakingly slow pace. I need a Matrix type brain download.
Next part of my problem. This is a two parter.
How do I show just the name of the Member who’s page I am on and not the list of ID’s when I create a dynamic item page. I don’t want my user to be able to scroll through others. That shouldn’t be an option on a single members page. I want the page to show all of the info for 1 member.

I want a map to show when the address is selected.
Combining the WixCode with the Dataset has not been fun.
I could easily do it if it were a regular table with an on click, expand to a Map with a fixed Location embedded in the Code selection but, it won’t be interactive with the dynamic page I created for that purpose.
Does this make any sense??
I have all these big ideas and no way to comprehend this project on a Coding level.
Someone throw me a bone. Please…I’m begging.
