Database collection - order of content

Hi I’m using database to organize an event schedule. Each day has a separate collection because when I imported all of my events at once, they were out of order and appeared out of order on the table. My collection is ordered by time, as it is a schedule. When I go to add the new data (we had some changes) the times get out of order on the sandbox, live and preview of sites. See attached screenshot. Is there a way to fix this? I’m starting to get really frustrated with database collections.
