I was wondering if there was a way to connect your images and text columns other then using the gallery? I tried inserting an image box, title box and text box then connecting them to my data base but it would only showcase one row when previewing, not all the rows.
Right now I am using the #gallery2 slide asset with the image above and text box below but you cannot enlarge the height of the text box so words get cut off.

You should try the Repeater, it is under Lists & Grids. Gives you all the flexibility you need.

I also see that it adds any rows from your database even though the selected list may only have a few “repeaters”
Do you know if there is a way to have a clickable “map it” link connected to your database? Would I have to have a column for the entire address (street, city, st, zip) then have it set as a URL? I would like to just have the address as a hyper link that will take someone to google maps for example, and have the addresses auto populate from my database @andreaskviby

You can link your text to google maps and add a marker using the API.
