DB connected dropdown not displaying labels when Published

Hi everyone! I have the following issue on my site. A dropdown is only working in preview mode, but it isn’t working in the Published site. It’s connected to 2 DBs. It’s the hour dropdown (“hora”) located in page “2-reserva”.

I’ve tried different configs on both Data Base properties (read&write modes) but nothing seems to work.
