Delay in display of Lightbox on Homepage

Question:
Hi there, I am creating a website for a liquor store where Legal Age declaration is must on a website before it is accessed. So to achieve this, i added a Lightbox with a disclaimer and 2 buttons which are configured based on user’s response. The issue is, the home page gets loaded first and light box gets loaded after some seconds which make the content of site visible to anyone.

I have already configured the delay to ZERO in settings of Lightbox but still the problem persists.

What i am looking for is, the lightbox is the first thing visible to the user and based on response, the website may or may not be accessible.

What i am looking for is, the lightbox is the first thing visible to the user and based on response, the website may or may not be accessible. No content of homepage should be visible to the user whenever anyone is trying to access the website unless the lightbox responses are taken care of. So first thing is light box.

What have you already tried:
Setting delay to ZERO in lightbox settings

Use a blank page for the homepage then, or have all items in the page be hidden until the visitor’s age is confirmed

Hiding seems to be a better option since using a blank page as homepage will impact the SEO. Can u pls help as to how to hide the elements till the visitor age is confirmed?

You could do something like this:

$w('Section').hide()

This should hide all sections on your page, and since everything resides in them, should hide the entirety of the page’s contents

As for determining the user’s age confirmation, you can use session/local storage
