Hello everyone.
I created a website which one of the services is to ask a question and then get an answer on it (on various subjects) via the Wixchat. Here is the question: Let’s say a visitor enters for the first time, asked a question, got an answer via Wixchat and left the website. The day after the visitor enters again, asks a question and then triggered again the Wixchat BUT he can see on Wixchat the previous chat he had with us yesterday.
So it is possible to create a way that EACH TIME a visitors triggers our Wixchat he only sees a new discussion and not an old one ? I hope my question is understable…
