Does Wix/Corvid offer a way to hide our site/database's source code?

The company I work for doesn’t want our competitors to learn how we are doing things.

You can write backend code where it will be hidden from the view of site visitors. See the article Corvid Web Modules: Calling Server-Side Code from the Front-End . Also, see the information about Code Visibility .

Thanks Yisrael!

Another question we have is about whether or not we are able to hide in our source code that we’re using Wix. Someone brought this up as a security concern.

Not sure what the “security concern” is, but…

Visitors can use the “view source” option of a browser to see the source of the page (frontend). There are various references to Wix scattered throughout. Visitors have no access to the backend code.

Is it possible to hide Wix “branding” in the source code? I mean like the text that says "Wix.com website builder" in the source code? A white label solution basically.

Its not possible to do that. For more information on that I would recommend you contact Wix Support as it is not exactly a Corvid related issue.
