Don't see multilingual option in my website anymore

I used to see the English and Spanish flags on my client’s website. As of today, I do not see the flags anymore!

When you go to the actual website, both languages are still there… but I cannot edit the secondary language anymore, since I cannot choose the right language to edit.

Appreciate any help or guidance.

Nevermind. I changed the flag to another country and suddenly it appeared again. I guess this is a bug.
