I have a client who is a medical practitioner. She needs fillable forms with over 50 fields. Once submitted, she needs to be able to download them as PDFs to keep on file for her patients. With over 50 fields, a Submissions Table, which is your only current option to view form results is not helpful.
I know that with the old forms you can get the answers as a PDF, but I wasn’t able to find a way to do it with the new forms unfortunately.
