Dropdown Auto Selected without filtering dataset

Hello! I have 2 dropdowns, one is DEPARTMENT, the other one is JOB… There is another option to ADD NEW RECORD for each one (textbox)

I need that HR DEPARTMENT comes SELECTED onPageLoad.

Can you help me about it?
