Creating Dynamic Dropdown options

Hello there!
I want to create a dynamic dropdown ‘menu’ on my site (see attached image). I honestly had no luck in finding suitable solutions yet, that’s why I’m relying on this forum.
Basically I want the image to the left of the dropdowns to change with every option that’s selected in the dropdowns, and at the same time, the selection in the dropdowns conditions the dropdowns below them. What I mean by this is, for example, the first dropdown has 2 options (Exterior 3D Rendering and Interior 3D Rendering), but the options on the second dropdown depend on what you selected in the first dropdown: if you selected ‘Exterior 3D Rendering’, your options for the second dropdown will be ‘Small, Medium, Large’, and if you selected ‘Interior 3D Rendering’ in the first dropdown, your options for the second dropdown should NOT be ‘Small, Medium, Large’, but ‘Room, Bathroom, Garage’ instead.
I would like to have the text below the image (the one that starts with ‘This service includes 3…’) be different for every possible dropdown combination. Also, I want a price to display where the red question mark is (see image) once all the dropdowns have a value.
Is this even possible?
