How do I get a dropdown to show all the records from a database that gets its data from text inputs on a different page?

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to pass names from 6 separate text box inputs on 1 page and then have those names populate a drop down on another page via the CMS.
Only the first record seems to appear rather than all 6 of the entries.
The database populates with the 6 names entered in the text boxes but the dropdown only displays the first one.
