Dropdown not showing existing data?

Hi all,

I have multiple dropdown input boxes which have been working fine for months, but this morning they are not showing existing data from the field in the dataset to which they are linked. This problem is occurring across multiple pages, datasets, and even websites. Is there a problem or am I missing something here?

Further to the above…the selection items are currently configured via a connected list. If I replicate the connected list DB by adding the list items manually to the dropbox the problem goes away. Something is not working with the connected list functionality?

How did you connect the list to the collection? What are your settings?

The dropdown is connected as follows:

The dropdown is connected to the “Category1” field in the “Business Item”, which is a dynamic page dataset. The list is connected to the “Main_Category” field in the “Categories_Main” dataset. This has been the case for months now - nothing has changed.

Sure. See, for example, dropdown box “Category1” on the following dynamic page:

Found a solution, just remove the “Value connects to” value and it should work.
