Dynamic Pages: Residential
Problem #1: Can not add the footer to just the ALL dynamic page, forcing me to create a static page and add the data site to this. (See photo below)
Problem #2: Can not hide header like I can on all other pages on the TITLE dynamic page. Here the comparisons

Hi there, try copy-pasting the header and footer from a regular page. See if that works.
Tried that, but it didn’t work either. I ended up re-doing the dynamic page from scratch and didn’t have that problem any more.
It is that get into the car and if doesn’t start, get out, and get back in method. 
Hey @teejay , thanks for reporting this issue. I’ve forwarded this for further investigation.
Meanwhile, you can duplicate the existing Header/Footer through the Master Panel > Set it as default > Show on all pages.
You will be able to set the new duplicate to all pages, unlike the old Footer.
