One of my clients uses Ecwid as the store in Wix. They want to be able to set up a triggered email in Wix that is sent when a site visitor abandons the cart in the Ecwid store. Is this possible? (I’m very familiar with how to set up the triggered email in Wix and I know that Ecwid provides triggered abandoned cart triggered email functionality for certain Member Plans. However, I’m trying to find a way for Wix to send the triggered email based on action (abandoned cart) in Ecwid. Possible?
Not without velo, I don’t think, or without ecwid supporting that feature.
