It would be good to be able to remove colours from the My Colors section of the Color Picker.

I´ve thought exactly the same. The color editor gets filled up with swatches that I don´t use and I have to guess which one it is that I´m using in the site. I have also experienced that colors that I add to my pallet disappears and I then have to add them again.
custom breakpoints are not automatically available on all pages which is somewhat inconvenient. every page i create needs to be added with new custom breakpoints. request the product team to improve this.
@lars Yes, I’ve experienced disappearing colours often.
Is there any news on this? Deleting swatches and bulk upload color codes via text file would be great. Also ordering swatches would be useful.
